Polar Express Returns 2024
December 1, 2024 - 2pm
Inspired by the award winning book by Chris Van Allsburg , revisit the holiday magic of The Polar Express and relive the excitement of experiencing the Holidays through the eyes of a child! An interactive showing of The Polar Express with the beloved characters from the movie was presented in early December. The Henderson Harbor Performing Arts Assoc. in conjunction with the Henderson Free library sponsored this performance. Thank you to the “Butler did it Players” for giving the kids a wonderful afternoon, in their pajamas!! They met the engineer and the conductor as they welcomed all onto the Polar Express. Each passenger was served hot chocolate and a cookie treat by Polar Express characters. Very special cookies were given to take home, made by Mary Cornell “ Sugar and Lead” creations. All have the opportunity to have their pic taken with the conductor.
